Ah ha! Finally the fonts are here. Well, they always were here, mostly, but now the pages are here!

Now added the category listing, plus some additional navigation menu items to get to these pages from wherever you might be on the font page.

On the Alphabetical pages, I've hidden the list of the letters. Just click on the large letter at the top of the page to display the list.
